A doctor’s referral is not obligatory for a physiotherapy session. However, if you would like to claim for your treatment session(s), please find out from your insurer/agent whether or not a medical referral would be required as part of the claim process.

Does my health insurance cover the cost of Physiotherapy?2021-05-25T20:02:12+08:00

More often than not, physiotherapy treatment costs are fully covered by insurers, taking into account the respective requirements (e.g. doctor’s referral). However, we recommend that you check with your health insurance representative should you plan to make a claim.

Do you provide cashless, direct billing services with insurance companies?2021-05-25T20:03:18+08:00

We regret that we are unable to provide any direct billing service for the time being. However, we will be glad to assist you in filling up insurance-related forms if required.

Currently, we accept payments via cash, NETS, PayNow, Visa, MasterCard and Amercian Express.

Are Singapore Physiotherapists licensed or registered with the Ministry of Health?2021-05-25T20:21:13+08:00

Yes, all practicing physiotherapists in Singapore must be licensed and registered with the Ministry of Health. Physiotherapists are governed by the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) act.
